Dense-green design is a vehicle to which helps reconstruct and redefine urban design to become a more sustainable community for suburban dwelling. Urban planning is not taking the task of design serious enough to retard the recession of property value and population density, from a sustainable frame of mind. There opportunity to transition into a higher density fabric of living and bring back the landscape was once a safe haven for the public - instead of consuming more land in hopes of something great. Design can benefit from taking sensitivity in understanding what makes suburban developments attractive and provide a viable alternative to sustain suburban ideologies
